Someone sent me these photos. I have no idea who did it because they didn’t leave a calling card. But thanks very much. They are wonderful! I stumbled them and would recommend you also do it. You first need to click on the link and look at them. Then do the thumbs up and the “cloud” thing.
I haven’t seen these before but that doesn’t mean anything. They are so funny. So they may end up going far in the StumbleUpon constellation of fun photos. You want to be part of that right?

I just found a new plugin called In Series and thought it would be good to try it out tonight by putting all of my fall foliage photos in a series. So we will see how it works together. You add the plugin to the Plugins file in Wordpress as usual and light it up. Fortunately for me there is no messing around with code. Then you can go to the Write page where I am now and start the series with something like this paragraph for example. Or you can start it with the first post of the series you are putting together.
Then you go to the Manage page and add the posts you have already posted. There is a blue strip added below the Post Timestamp. It says In Series and you just type in the name of the series and Publish. Keep adding posts this way until you are done.
Update: I just put this series of posts together in about ten minutes. It’s really easy and I can do it with other themes as well. Writing for example or flower photos. Animal photos. The list goes on.
Here is the link to the download

When I was a very small child I used to have this nightmare about alligators. They would show up in my bedroom window about three am and smile at me. So when I saw this alligator heading my way awhile back with a big smile on his face I told Beth we needed to call room service later for a couple of sheets of plywood. I had a few ideas about alligator crafts.
She just looked at me with one of those adorable expressions that signal it’s time to change the subject. But there is just something so primordial about this animal. He just makes the hair stand up on my neck while the rest of me is not satisfied with standing and insists on running away. Beth’s parents have a place in Florida and when we go for walks through the neighborhood there’s always a couple of gators watching from just a few feet away. And nobody asks them to leave unless they become irritated and eat something larger than a football.
So today we are going to move away from pictures of cute little birds and focus on animals that would like to have us for dinner. But let’s be fair. They were here millions of years before the cavemen arrived. If they want to follow me around that’s fine. But they are going to have to get in line behind my insurance agent. And after ten pm all bets are off.
