I don't know what to say ...

“What has life or death to do with Light? In the image of My Light I have made you. The relativities of life and death belong to the cosmic dream. Behold your dreamless being! Awake, my child, awake!””

Paramahansa Yogananda said it all.

Thank you so much for sharing this.

Namaste

Wow!! This is as intense as my own account. I found myself holding my breath through this whole thing. It is so beautiful; I can't believe it. This is amazing! I really appreciate you making me aware of it. And I am so very honored that you mentioned my post here.

But even more important was that you shared this connection with me, because it makes more real my own experiences. I can't tell you how much that means to me David. I was thrilled when you shared this.

It hit me while reading it that the thing I related to the most in both my experience and this one here was the LIGHT. It's not about death and life...it's about the LIGHT. I also thought about the absence of time and distance. They are like death and life....like he says in this passage, which made my tear up.

"“Lord,” I prayed, “am I dead or alive?” A dazzling play of light filled the whole horizon. A soft rumbling vibration formed itself into words: “What has life or death to do with Light? In the image of My Light I have made you. The relativities of life and death belong to the cosmic dream. Behold your dreamless being! Awake, my child, awake!”"

This is one of THE most beautiful things I've ever read....because I experience it so strongly. Reading it was like going home. I understand this, and to have it reflected back to me is such a gift. Thank you for sharing this with me. You've no idea how much it means. This had made my whole day.

Bless you my friend,
Robin
