We went out to dinner tonight at a French restaurant and had a pretty incredible meal. The Capitol dome was lit up on the way back. I may go out later and take a photo. But then I might meet some of my new friends if I do that. They have their stations as you come out of the restaurant full of wine and good spirits. You tip the people in the restaurant and then you continue tipping the folks outside the restaurant as you wander back to your hotel.
Everybody is pretty happy. And here is a photo of a wonderful flower taken yesterday at the Botanical Garden. I have lots of flower photos and they are going to show up from time to time. I have lots of photos for that matter taken since we started our vacation. This blog is about photos in part and the happiness that is part of carrying a great camera around and keeping your eyes open. I am seeing lots of tourists trying to take photos of large objects with very little cameras.
That’s not what I am talking about.
