PhotoLinkLove New Project
Table of contents for Promoting Bloggers

- PhotoLinkLove New Project
I have been looking for a way to give something back to my readers who take the time to comment on my blogs. And yesterday I had an idea that will hopefully have some positive results. It is based on a post by Mark at Probloggers Matrix. He listed a group of bloggers who commented on his blog in a post and added a link to their blogs.
I tried doing something like that but it didn’t feel quite right. And Dr. Davidlind, my alter ego got into the act and made it even worse.
So then I thought about doing an individual post on each blogger. And PhotoLinkLove seems like the best place to try something like this. Each post will publish a link to a blog and include a short description as well as a photo from my archives. I will try to make the photo relevant to the blog. And if there is a photo out there that the blogger would like me to use so much the better.
Every week I plan to do another post on the most popular blog as viewed by readers and recorded by the Most Popular Plugin. The posts will be linked together by the In Series Plugin that we use around here so much.
Comments can be made at this blog or at PhotoLinkLove.com. Comments at my new blog NewsLinkLove.com are especially appreciated since it is just getting started. A really thoughtful comment or just a wonderful blog will serve to be added to the list.
Of course both is even better!
When I do the Most Popular Post at the end of the week I will be happy to write about any post in the featured blog that may be doing very well. So hopefully it can be appreciated by more readers.
This effort is going to help me by putting all these blogs in one place where I can remember to read them on a regular basis. Right now they tend to get lost in my bookmark system. And they won’t all fit in the Blogroll.
I don’t think I ever realized how disorganized I really am until I started blogging. I loose track of things and especially people who I get to know based on our blogging efforts. Maybe this will help me become more focused and build better relationships. I hope so.
