“artsy pickup lines” or A True Love Poem

I love my Beth and have no use for a pickup line. So this one is for anyone who wants to use it. I think it will work . If you cannot deliver it well it might be better to write it down on something and send it on its way across the room. But don’t write it on one of those business cards!

Then be prepared to be honest from this moment forward! This sort of thing is useful for about the first minute of your new relationship. It is just an ice breaker. In other words be prepared to tell her you didn’t make it up in short order unless you DO write poetry or she is more interested in something else. Read my post about meeting Beth and you will understand what I am talking about. Dave Barry is my hero!

You are made of stars.

And my fascination with the constellation

Of your moving expressions

Is endless.

BTW, I have enabled a plugin called “Lucia’s Linky Love”. After a minimal number of comments it enables commenters to get some link love from their comments here. It seems like a good way for me to say “Thank You” to my commenters who keep me company here. In any case it shows the number of comments you have made here. If you don’t like that feature please let me know and I can change it.

Err…. I am not quite sure what is that? Is that a couple kissing or A man with a dog? Anyway, that’s nice shoot. Cheers ;)

A dog! I am looking at this and trying to see a dog. And it’s not happening for me. But, hey, anything is possible. And we wouldn’t want to leave our pets out of the festivities!
