Here’s something to chew on for a little bit. I have compared a blog to different things in the past. And I have said that a blog is life. And tonight I will take it a step further. A blog is a living organism!
Well, not in the biological sense. But if you instill it with enough of your true self it begins to take on an independent existence. How’s that? A little better?
I don’t want to get too far out but it is good to come home after ten hours and see that this thing just went along on auto pilot while I was gone. And the search engines are finally finding lots of things to hang on their pages.
I’m not saying that anything in here is great. But almost all of it is original. It was created and it lives! Like Frankenstein perhaps! But It’s Alive!
Why is it like life? Because I have found that if you truly apply yourself to something on a consistent basis you will have success in life. And blogging is the same way. It’s not rocket science and it’s not a club that only the five hundred most talented people in the land can join. You don’t have to be beautiful or athletic or even an extrovert!
The most important thing is that you really want to do it. And that’s about it.
Except, of course, that we want to let Jordin Sparks into this club even though she is extremely beautiful and talented and could belong to the club of 500. Or the club of 5 for that matter.
That would be a special club made up of you, me, Jordin, Beth and my dog, Sparky.
