Table of contents for 4/Park Photos
Things suddenly improved wonderfully today as I had a chance to return to Maymont Park. This time, however, it was with a group of family and friends. Young people and younger people helped to buoy my feelings. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the good weather and the park. The animals were out in force and provided some good entertainment and material for good photos. I finally got to visit the Japanese Gardens and will enjoy posting those pictures here in the future. And after a few of our troop take a nap it’s off to a Japanese restaurant where they cook your dinner in front of you and toss bits of it up in the air.
There is a wonderful waterfall at the park. Here is one of the photos I had time to inspect that was taken near it. Some young people were enjoying the cool water and shade found in this area.

It was a nice moment away from the daily activities of work and school.
And then when somebody who knows blogging inside and out says something like this it restores all your positive feelings about this art form. You never know when a great day is going to surprise you! So keep on trucking!

You think so? Thanks. The waterfall is actually much bigger than you can see in this picture. That’s why the water is flying everywhere with such force.
