Virginia Is For Families

Last night I checked my stats and saw that they were at zero. “This is it”, I thought. “It’s over”. But actually what happened was the stats counter was not working. Because when I came back here and checked the graph it was going sky high. Talk about your ups and downs! It looks like a lot of folks are checking on Jordin and Taylor. Lots. So that got me to thinking because I really like Jordin a lot. She’s the reason I started blogging in early summer. I just had to express some things. But then the AI season ended and everyone went on tour. We went to see them. And I started blogging at Wordpress. But here is where I went wrong. I decided to blog about getting old! I went from feeling young and happy watching Jordin perform to writing about old age! And I’m not even that old some would say. How dumb is that! Nobody wants to read about that. They do want to read about Jordin and Taylor. Hey, so do I!

So forget about the getting old stuff. It’s time to start thinking young again. I’m going to spend more time researching what’s going on with my favorite American Idols, Jordin and Taylor. I’m also going to continue writing and taking photos. And the rest is going to be writing about interesting blogs, sharing the love and finding interesting stuff like Mr. Wigan who sometimes inhales his creative efforts.

I revised the Refreshing Links page. And it’s going to be about sharing the love. I spent too much time on social networks. It wasn’t fun. There are too many folks wanting to do business. I’m not interested in that. I like it here with my pictures and commenters. Life is too short.

So I’m slow but not stuck on stupid. Hey, they sun is going to come up soon. Here’s something from last summer. The concert with the American Idol gang. It was a great time.
