Quick and I do mean quick……..lunch

When it is busy I find it very distracting to stop and make lunch. So in general the lunch plan is to microwave a hot pocket, pour some of this delicious Arizona Green Tea with Ginseng and relax for a few minutes. Breakfast this summer has been four frozen pancakes with maple syrup and coffee. And that’s pretty much it. I would be losing weight like crazy except for the fact that someone generally offers ice cream for dessert after dinner. The chocolate syrup doesn’t help.
What do you like to eat when you don’t have much time? Am I missing a big treat of some sort?

I tend to cook steak-ums if I’m hungry for a sandwich but I really need to go.
